CUNY Start, its track record shows that with good teaching and I-have-your-back counseling, youths who otherwise would likely drop out have a solid shot at making it. Researchers at Stanford, Berkeley and Brown universities have shown that CUNY is a more powerful engine of mobility than almost any university in the nation.

I am always amazed that on every college tour, we spend more time on facilities rather than learning about how the school educates students.
The article continues with "....a concept called multipotentiality, the ability to excel in multiple fields that are typically unrelated to each other. Multipotentiality has a handful of practical benefits. For example, learning skills in one area can translate to skills in another."
Independent schools could do a much better job educating students on social media. Boarding schools have an especially captive audience. Summer camps are able to limit/restrict the use - why don't all schools strive to do the same?! Our international student integration work for schools touches upon such topics.
